Jean Baptiste Tronchon
PresentationSince 2009, I have chosen painting as a medium to portray the Naked Woman. I draw my inspiration from an ever-shifting environment centered on music, performance, and creation. This enabled me to express myself and share experiences wherever my travels and encounters took me in Europe.
Always on the lookout for the aesthetic value of explicit poses, my work aims at embodying mystery, freedom, sensuality, desire, love and taboo.
For the sake of representing authentic feminine curves and of achieving coherence between symbol and form, most of my creations align themselves with the symbolist movement.
But beyond the symbol, it is by advocating a humanist insurrection through feminism that I define myself as a citizen engaged in carnal and minimalist exposition.
