Dauphine De Valence

Presentation
Since childhood, Dauphine de Valence has been fascinated by the character ?Mowgli?, the beautiful book of jungle Rudyard Kipling. Like him, during his childhood, she will lead her secret life in the tall trees of her grandmother’s wooded garden.

She is related to Simon Saint-Jean, 19th century flower painter and painter Carolus-Duran well known for his famous portraits in the middle of the 19th century.
His mother and maternal grandfather were painters and engravers, his great aunt and grandmother were musicians.
Bathed by this atmosphere, Dauphine de Valence seizes from her tender youth, pencils, brushes and colors.

At the age of 14 she was a student of the painter Adolphe Milich, painter of the Paris School and learned a lot with him. She also practiced dance and was the daily pupil of Lucette Almanzor, wife of writer Céline.

Dauphine de Valence will refine her pictorial style by traveling through the still wild world.
His inspiration was also stimulated by meetings with artists such as: Dali, Dunoyer de Segonzac, Chapelain-Midy, Dubuffet, Brayer, Fougita.

Through art, she will constantly seek to translate pictorially her taste for movement, space, and nature ? This practice will highlight the importance of the gesture in the art of painting in the presence of music.
Its creation, every day, remains that of its childhood: the virgin lands, the steppes, the jungles and their fauna, the mysterious lakes in which the past remains in the present and outside the time ?.

Promoting art, in all its forms, among young people in order to transmit to them the essential values ??that will contribute to their cultural development is one of the objectives of their life.
His life is at the service of art, painting and artists in search of an overtaking.
